She gives a certain employee 6 days and the other only 4 -5 she is always make others feel bad because she chooses who she likes I am a customer I didn”t like the fact that the manager talk to her employee and she talk to the shift ale in a nice way I started to see that that manger had favorates This is wrong she know that I as a customer chose not to go to that store I am telling most of my friends to don”t go there because the manger treats certain employee like crap infront of the customers

The food was horrible. I”ve never spent $30 on food and wasn”t satisfied. The boneless wings were hard. The lemon pepper sauce ran all over my fries and they were soggy. I did a to go order and they didn”t put my fries in a closed container. They use the container that”s used when you eat in, my fries were all over the bag. I”ll never eat wing stop again. Very disappointed. ????????

Spent $75 there and they messed up my order. Then when i called to mention it. The manager had the nerve to yell at me like it was MY fault. I spent alot of money there amd expected different. I will NEVER go there again!! I want a refund!!! I have receipt in pics. As you see in pics its the next day and there is still ALOT left because it was NOT good at all. No one wanted the fries. Worst experience EVER!!!

So I order the 40 family deal went to pick my order up I had about $42 and change in cash and a 100 bill well over the phone she told me was 40 so I was like okay I”ll just pay cash so I left my card when I get there they told me it was 43 so I give them the 100 bill then they then wouldn”t take it telling me they only take 20 bills I”m like okay well I only have 42 then so they would take it either so I left with out my food where”s the customer service in that!!! Lest not forget who pays your paychecks!!

So i called the wingstop by my house Mcallen tx, on Pecan Blvd. for an online order every time i call they always put me on hold for more the 8 minutes at a time. I hung up after 7.1/2 min and told my fiance to call and he did where they again put him on hold. They were rude about it didn”t let him talk just said “give a second” and then she hung up while being on hold for 2 min. He then called again and asked “is there a problem” the girl again said “no, hold on a second”. I was furious i called back talked to the manager and her excuse was “Oh, i mean i know she did it i saw her and i just got caught up”. This is the last time i order from this wingstop ill order anywhere else. They are rude, disrepectful, and don”t seem to care about the guests. I work in a restaraunt and never have i treated an online order or people at my table the way they have treated us. I suggest new management and new employees if you don”t want your wingstop to plumit.

There was hair on our food and no one seems to care that it happened the store was closed by time my husband try to take it back I don”t want money back I just want a free order and nothing would be passed on to the better business bureau my husband order some wings for take out and by the time we made it home to eat the food had some hair foticals inside and we stay in the country so we couldn”t make it in time to reorder and by it being the next day I decided to file a complaint

Worst experience I”ve ever had at a wingstop. Restaurant was dirty. All employees had attitudes and did not offer to take my order when I arrived. Waited for 50 minuets for my wings and was not notified when they were ready. Ketchup station was the filthy and was out. I asked the employee how much longer until my order was ready and she walked to the back and ignored me. After asking another employee for help I finally got my wings and was completely dissatisfied with the food. By far worst restaurant I”ve ever experienced.

We placed our order waiting with two young kids, we had people come in before and after us finish their meals seen them come out and we were still told to wait 5 to 10 minutes which we didnt even get our order at that time. While waiting my youngest daughter had a potty accident because we waited so long 45 minutes!!! Wing stop being my favorite place to eat I will not be going back there again!!! What a terrible experience! I have never waited so long for a fast food! 45 minutes is waaay to long for a 30 piece meal!

This incident, happened on 03/29/18, i, antonio crisantos, placed an order on phone at 9:56 pm was told 18 min. Arrived to pay at 10:12 pm and the cashier, jacquelina after fighting with me about veggie sticks I asked to substitute she said no, of course I understood, and just asked for the veggies to not be placed in the bag, I payed and sat down more people arrived and left before me that placed an order there, I see a bag they never called out my order was sitting up there and me waiting like 40 min I asked how much longer for my order? She picked up the bag I have been looking at since I arrived and handed it to me, I replied “are you kidding me? That bag has been sitting up there since I got here!” this is after I waited 24 min extra trying to be understanding if they were busy. I don”t get an apology, I get a response of the cashier “its not my fault” I grabbed the bag and left, only to find out when I get home there is no fries that I have ordered, returned to the restaurant requested my fries, from the same cashier, jacquelina, and asked if I wanted a refund or my fries, I replied “I just want my order right, I have never had so many mistakes and I order every week” I always order the 30 piece crew pack, she gave me my fries, I left again after her and an attitude, never once did I receive an apology, and recommend highly that action for this intolerable actions is taken against this employee from wingstop #0437 on 3326 n. Western chicago, illinois. This is unacceptable behavior, and wish for you to contact me at [protected]@gmail.com on how this matter was resolved.

This is my 3rd attempt to get a hold of anyone that works at, Wingstop. I even went to your website and made a complain, but yet no response at all. Bad Customer Service. Well as I, Maria Jeronimo stated on previous complaints. I had a really bad dishearting from wingstop on my kids bday order that i made over the phone which was the family pack 50 Piece Family Pack: Special Instructions for Classic Wings..etc, but when i picked up and seen my order back home was a est.. 15 or 20 meal of a bbq pack that i did not order! When i called to complain all they did was put me on hold without asking me or greeting me!.

when I ordered it was 5:05 pm, as it marked on my receipt. The cashier told me it would take 20 to 25 minutes max, so I went outside and waited in my truck and I went back inside a little over 25 minutes after, and when I told them my name order the lady looked everywhere for it and she said that it was still not ready. I told her “well y”all said 25 minutes max and y”all still haven”t made my order?” so all the lady said was “to be honest with you it”s still going to me another 10 minutes. so at this point I was kind of regretting choosing wing stop. so again I went outside and waited, after ten minutes I came back inside and asked again and she still could not find my order! they still had me waiting for about another while there. and I told the employee that I made my order at 5:05 and it was now just a few minutes before six. in addition, I grabbed my food and left and when i got home I noticed that they messed up my order, both of my convos where supposed to be boneless, but one of them was bone in, and on my other convo they messed up one of the flavors I ordered. this was honestly a very irritating moment for me bacause I had somewhere to be and plus I was hungry. so it”s just not right to have someone wait for their order for about 50 minutes then still mess it up. I honestly do not plan to visit wingstop anytime soon.
