Right from the beginning I asked if they”re how much it is to start a bank account and it is there any hidden fees or any fees I should know about the teller said there”s a $3 statement fee but you can switch to online and be taken care of after I signed up then he gave me a brochure about the 695 fee I don”t have $100 or direct deposit and gave me a brochure after we open the account I was a little upset but then we find out two weeks later when my daughter gets her next check that there is $15 missing from her account and apparently they took it out for a debit fee which we were not informed at all! And that fee is not listed in their brochure. They messed up with my daughter”s account so we had to sign my paperwork we refused to sign and we wanted our $15 back we would have never signed up for the account if we were told about the fee or if it was in the brochure. The branch manager refused and was rude about it. This is a scam and a fraud2 that we were lied to and was misinformed and they took money from my daughter without our consent & they will not refund her.

The bank is terrible!!! I hate the fact that they have the stupid 9.95 account charges every month, which is ten dollars I could be using since I am low class pretty much. Also they can never seem to keep their ledgers straight! More than once I”ve gone into the negative because they don”t know how to keep track of their customers money. I just started a job and I”ve had an account with them for almost a year now. They told my employer I had no account with them and I”ve needed these paychecks to keep my wife and I going. Because of their error, my wife and I are out on the streets living in our car with no food to eat. I am definitely planning on closing it my account. Thanks for all the heartache Woodforest!!!

Statement of the claim: I received a lump sum of money $6 trillion USD, and the bank destroyed my money without giving a deposit slip are a transaction sheet. Precise Relief Sought: I want my funds put into my account as was sent fir my account. Legal tender . I was contacted by the bank about this transaction, but they were none compliance until I contacted them on numerous occasions. There is deceptive business practices because I contacted them before the money was destroyed that they are liable fir the recovery for the funds to be put back into my account . I hereby certify that the fire going is true to my innocence and that your urgent response is appreciated.

Several months ago I opened an account with Woodforest Bank in Walmart to cash stimulus check. Now, three months later, they have taken over $700.00 out of my account for unknown fees. I am disabled and older, and the last 2 months I have received none of my direct deposit checks due to these fines. I have written checks to pay my bills and now they are not being honored by the bank, so I am facing homelessness. This bank is a fraud, they won”t allow you close your account, and shame on Walmart allowing a business to rent on their property business. These people are theives…

Went to Woodforest ATM to pull out $400 for my fiance. ATM jammed & only dispensed $280. I looked up into the machine to see if anymore money was where I could pull it. I immediately went to the teller to report the shortage. I hadn”t even put the money in my purse & had the receipt which stated that $400 was dispensed. The teller asked me if I was on my fiance”s account & told her no. She told me that he would have to call the 800 number or come up to the bank to do anything. I called my fiance & told him what had happened & that he would have to come up to the bank (which meant he had to leave work as well). In the mean time while I was waiting with the cash on the counter in front of the teller who decided to just ignore me from that point, someone else came & used the ATM. I happened to see him right as he was pulling his receipt. I went up to him & told him that the machine had jammed, he just smiled & said thank you & left. Once my fiance arrived & showed his drivers license, the teller pulled up his account & then called another employee over to pull the ATM cash box to count it out to see if it was in balance. They carried into a back room a metal box & also had cash in hand. After a few minutes they came out & told us that the ATM balanced & that we would have to talk to the manager who came in later in the day and that they would have the manager call us back. We ended up calling the manager, Brie Gibbs, who informed us that we would have to wait until the ATM was counted out again at 3:00 am to see if in balance. We told her about the gentleman that had used the ATM after I had used it & that most likely the $120 that I was shorted was dispensed to the this person. We called the following day & was told that Brie was not available & that we would have to talk with the Assist Mgr, Marisol. We went up to the bank again, told her what all had transpired. Gave her the receipt which had the date & time. I told her about the gentleman that used the ATM after me & before it was counted out, gave his description. Marisol issued a dispute form & told my fiance & myself that it would be 2-10 business days before we would hear anything because they would be reviewing the tape of the ATM. 2 weeks later we receive a letter stating that they verified that the ATM dispensed $400 at the time that was listed on our receipt. End of matter. They absolutely refused to review the video on the ATM which would have shown myself counting the cash, looking confused, recounting & then walking away to the teller. Followed by the gentleman pulling cash & looking at his receipt. They would have seen that what we told them was correct. It is very frustrating when you have an institute that just doesn”t care about their customers & treats you in this respect. So we are out the $120 & the gentleman that followed my on the ATM scored some extra cash.

We want to close our account but we need to close it 30 days to the day of the one year anniversary or it will automatically renew for another year. They charge an early termination fee of $375 if you are one day ahead of the schedule. They are a terrible company.

The last time I used the account (12/1/08) that I had for this bank, I had $11.35 in the account. Apparently, due to some fault of my own, a couple of transactions went through, and I was charged $32 in od fees for those transactions. I had no problem with that. My problem came when today I looked at my account balance and it was – $312! The bank charges a $3 fee every day that the account is negative. As of february 1st, the fee went up to $5 every day. I don’t know what kind of bank does that to its customers, especially in such a bad economic time. Maybe they feel this is the way to do business. I called the bank and told them that I am only willing and able to pay the $117 in payments and overdraft fees that were originally caused by the transactions that went through. They told me they were only willing to settle at $160. You know, I may just pay the $160 and let it go. The bank is terrible, and the convenience of being inside of a wal-mart does not make up for the amount of fees they charge. No matter how low the amount of your original overdraft was, you will end up with $150 in fees each month if you are not careful. I don’t need a bank that I have to babysit with the fear of excessive fees. This is ridiculous.

Someone stole my checking account information and attempted to debit my account 32 times, I notified the bank of the unauthorized charges, filed disputes on all of them. The dispute department said, “if anything would have cleared, then they would have refunded the amounts cleared, but since they were just attempts, then they weren”t actual charges.” However, the ACH department charged my account $32.00 every time an attempted debit was made and then charged my account $32.00 on every second attempt that was also made. I didn”t authorize any of these debit attempts, yet the bank refuses to refund the $1400.00 in fees that they charged my account. Then 3 days after all the initial charges were made, my direct deposit goes into my account and they take out the $1400.00 in fees, for all the numerous unauthorized attempted charges. They victimized me just as bad, no actually worse, that the person that stole my account information and attempted to get my money, at least the person, didn”t get to steal my money, but the BANK DID!!! They still are refusing to refund the $1400.00 in fees that they charged my account for unauthorized debits. Since when does a bank, after they find out that the NSF charges resulted from unauthorized transactions, refuse to refund the NSF fees???? WOODFOREST FLAT OUT STOLE MY MONEY!!! I spoke with the brand manager, Carole Malone, and she said that she couldn”t refund the charges, because she didn”t charge them, that the ACH department charged the fees. I spoke with the ACH department and they stated that they don”t refund fees, the brand manager has to do it. I even spoke with the Regional Manager, Debbie Rogers, she agreed that the fees should be refunded, but stated she wouldn”t do it, I asked, “shouldn”t the company that has my money, be the one to refund it?” And she agreed, and she agreed that Woodforest took my money, but didn”t know how to get the fees refunded. Are you kidding me??? What kind of managers is this company hiring? Managers that don”t know how to right a wrong apparently!!

There is a group that is forming in America. They call themselves “Skinheads” but not the group that shaves their heads. They are employees of various companies that they feel if they have a job, they have Taken over the company. They are afraid to have the CEO or Owner know what they”re up too. To take over the whole USA. They are the anchors of the cable, an national news also. They are customer service employees, check out employees at retailers, other employees at retailers. They are mind controlled an lie when asked who they are. They are an International Incident being they think they are taking over Shell gas stations, Aldi”s, an other foreign companies operating in America. Mainly they are White Younger persons. They have girls in group but the boys fool them to join. For “we hate girls” one girl told me in 2007.
