Complaint ignored! Disgusted at Woolworths lack of customer service! I purchased a punnet of strawberries 250gm for R44.99 at one of the Woolworths Food departments. They were sour! I logged a formal complaint on HissyKitty about sour strawberries and received an automated response saying someone would contact me in 48 hours. It is now more than a week later and nothing! I had to chuck the product away as the strawberries became moldy. Woolworths advertisers how much they care – well talk is cheap!
