My experience in working with children, teens, and adults has allowed me the opportunities to understand the necessity of taking care of our mental health. Through my work, I aim to create awareness, while also educating individuals on the importance of taking care of their mental health at every stage in their lives. My approach in working with an individual includes listening, thinking together, coaching, sharing ideas, and seeking feedback. In addition, some of the more critical skills that have enabled me to provide effective therapy involve both empathetic understanding of the person and gaining their trust to work as a team. I am a therapist who believes in using a holistic approach when working with individuals. I am passionate about helping individuals maximize their potential, and to help facilitate a deeper understanding of themselves. My goal is to guide individuals into finding balance in their mental health, and to ultimately increase their overall wellness and wellbeing. My belief is that many of us struggle with daily challenges that, if left unmanaged, can result in an imbalance of our mental health, leading to experiences with depression, anxiety, and stress.
